- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪0 stars if I could give it , I made an appointment first thing in the morning for a serious problem. i arrived 10 minutes before my appointment I then waited 45 minutes I then asked reception what was going on to be told they didn't know what had happened so I had to cancel the appointment as I had to return back to work after already losing an hours pay.
